FORMAL NOTICE

YORKSHIRE ROAD CLUB

2015

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Will take place on

MONDAY November 2^nd 2015 – at RAFA CLUB, YEADON (on A65)

19:30 for 19:45 pm start.

Please make every effort to attend.

Note change of venue, and day of week. (Bar open at Club).

Any items for inclusion on the Agenda must be communicated to the Secretary, in writing (or email), before the 20^th October 2015.

Any motions/proposals require a proposer & seconder.

Similarly with any nominations for inclusion on the Wilf Hammond’s Roll of Honour.

The Agenda will be sent out a week before the AGM.

There will not be “Any Other Business” on the Agenda.

As a result of changes made at 2013 AGM,

subscriptions for 2016 become due on January 1^st 2016

Members in arrears will not be entitled to vote at the AGM.
